We work closely with our supplier to turn warranties around as fast as possible. Turnaround may vary depending on the brand, the issue and the time of the year. With that said, turnaround is typically 1 - 3 weeks.
A FEW THINGS TO NOTE
• If the product is covered by warranty, the supplier will either repair, replace or refund the product at their discretion as per the Consumer Guarantees act.
• Due to health and safety, product being returned for assessment must be cleaned as staff need to handle the product.
